"The worst shopping experience I've had!"
I had to wait 4 days to get my package, and then they hit me with an extra £15 charge since it’s gotta be picked up from a tiny town... just awful service!

"This Site is a Total Scam as of Nov 2022"
As of November 2022, this site and its company are nothing but a complete scam. I placed an order, made my payment, and after three days past the scheduled pickup, I spent another three days trying to reach them through every number I could find, Facebook messages, emails, and support tickets, but got zero response. Now I'm attempting to recover my funds, but it's like they vanished into thin air.

"Could Be Better"
I had no clue when the courier would swing by to grab the package. It's a bit much to think that customers should just hang around all day waiting for the delivery. So, I’m giving it one star less.

"Avoid This Service"
It's been a month and I haven't heard a peep from Teahouse Transport, nor have my parcels shown up. I shipped all my stuff from the UK to the CZ because I was moving for university. From the get-go, everything was a mess; I couldn't even make a payment on their site, despite trying three different credit cards. I attempted to reach out, but no one answered. The next day, someone finally sent me the info to do a bank transfer. I wasn't even told if they were actually going to pick up the boxes. They did eventually, but without any heads-up. Fair enough, that might not be on them. But after that, their service turned into a total nightmare. Since July 5th, my boxes have been stuck at customs. Teahouse Transport hasn't communicated anything since then. The only company that reached out about the clearance was DHL. They say it takes about 5-9 days to get the package, but here we are at 29 days. Teahouse Transport hasn't even bothered to apologize for the hold-up. Maybe my package is one of those 2% that get delayed. It feels like they just ignore the issue, which is pretty rude. I know for sure that I won't be using this company again. Even though I had a decent experience a few times before, this has been more than enough. I'm just crossing my fingers that my boxes will show up eventually.

Service was super quick and really helpful. The only improvement I’d suggest is having someone available to answer the customer service line.

"Terrible Delivery Experience"
What a terrible delivery experience! They didn’t show up to pick up the package on the day they promised, and it took three days to get everything sorted out. But hey, that’s not the end of the world; it wasn’t too tough to reach out to them, and they did eventually arrange for the parcels to be collected. The real issue is that I made it clear the boxes had pottery and delicate items, and I labeled them FRAGILE and THIS WAY UP in both English and Spanish, just to be safe. Unfortunately, everything that could break did break when the package arrived. Each item was cushioned in bubble wrap, and there were even clothes packed in to keep them safe. Still, two items that were bubble-wrapped and placed inside a wooden box ended up broken. I’m really let down. I snapped a photo before tossing everything in the trash, but I can’t find a place to share it.

"Things have taken a turn for the worse"
I’m not sure what’s gone wrong, but it used to be that I could just call up and chat, getting things sorted out with a knowledgeable rep who was always there to assist. For the past four months, something’s shifted, and that’s why I decided to switch to a different company for sending my packages.

"AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE"
This whole ordeal with the company has been nothing short of a nightmare. They've even been reported to the authorities. My package went missing thanks to their third-party service, GLS. Eventually, they found it in their depot, but it was damaged. Since it had Christmas gifts from our families, I requested a final delivery. To my shock, an expensive item was missing, and several nutritional supplements were covered in mold from where the package had been sitting. The owner’s communication has been painfully slow—sometimes taking a week to get a reply. I asked for a refund on the shipping since it took months to get my damaged parcel, and the owner did refund that. However, I also requested a refund for the stolen and damaged items, which were insured, but I got no response. I told the owner I’d report them to the police since I had insurance, and only then did I get a reply. He said they might pay me for the lost and damaged items and handle things with GLS on their end. I quickly agreed, but still no refund or communication, so I had to file a case. I’ve had it with this; let the police handle these fraudsters! Shame on you, Teahouse Transport (registered as GO2JERRY UK LIMITED)! This is the second package I’ve lost with this company. Never again!

"Absolutely Terrible Service"
What a nightmare! I had to cancel my order, and they were quick to take my cash, but now I can't reach them to get my money back. I'm even getting lawyers involved to sort this mess out! The phone numbers listed on their site? Don't even bother trying to call; no one ever picks up, and their emails go unanswered too! It's impossible to talk to a real person! Honestly, it feels like a scam! Stay far away from this company!!!!

"Terrible Experience! Avoid at All Costs!"
Absolutely the worst!!!! I was trying to return a package from CZ to the UK back in September before heading off to Uni. They took my cash, but then went silent! Ended up having to send my package via Czech Post. I reached out for help, but nobody picked up, and when I shot an email to request a refund, I got crickets! IT'S BEEN THREE MONTHS AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK!!!

"Completely unprofessional service."
Completely unprofessional service. They chose DHL to try and get my package to me, which is part of the reason for the steep cost. On top of that, my parcel never arrived. It came back a month later, marked as returned to sender. Just picture how I felt...

"Disappointing Experience"
I've been pleased with this company for a while, but my recent encounter was pretty disheartening. My package got damaged by DHL, the service I booked through Teahouse transport. Inside was a valuable bike and helmet, totaling around £1200 in damage. Teahouse has been working on my refund with DHL since this mess started. However, after they got the refund, they never passed it on to me. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times via phone, email, and Skype, but they just ignore me. So, I gotta say, be cautious... even if their prices are decent, the service just ain't worth it in the end.

"All went smoothly"
All went smoothly, just like I expected and as mentioned in the email. The delivery guy rang me up right before he got here, grabbed the package, and yelled again. The parcel showed up in 6 days as I asked. Even though the packaging was a bit banged up, I had wrapped everything securely, so it was all good.

"Terrible Customer Experience"
Absolutely terrible customer experience. I placed an order for delivery nearly a week back, and since I made the payment, I've heard nothing from them. I still don’t have any customs paperwork (like the invoice and declaration), and the scheduled pick-up date has come and gone. I'm in the process of getting my money back through my bank. If they don’t cooperate, I’ll have to involve the authorities.

On top of that, their customer support is nonexistent. Nobody answers the phone, and my emails just vanish into thin air. They really need to shut down, like, yesterday.
